This place has the same recipes as the old Baja Sol which I miss still, but these guys have brought it back. Burrito Especial was my favorite and it's not on the menu but they make it great here. If you liked Baja Sol you will love this place. Very nice people working as well.

This place is sooo good. I would eat here over chipotle any day of the week. Do yourself a favor and get the jamaica drink it's so good! I got tacos Tex mex style and my friend got a fiesta burrito. I wish I lived closer so I could come here more often.

Amazing Mexican food. The flavors are spot on and authentic. Tastes like home! Service is always wonderful and friendly. Such a gem in Eden Prairie. One of my favorite Mexican restaurants in the twin cities area.

I had the three fish tacos with Spanish rice and refried beans and it was delicious, I have never had better fish tacos in my life!! I will be coming back here for sure, I'm not sure how soon but I will be back!!

I have been coming here since I was a kid. Not just outstanding service. But the best food i have ever had the pleasure to eat. Their tortillas are straight from heaven.

Friendly staff and amazing food. I actually used them for a catering at work and it was amazing. Everyone was impressed by how much food and flavorful it was. Definitely recommend 100%
